My therapy style is relational and eclectic, incorporating techniques from different schools of counseling including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, person-centered approaches, and mindfulness approach.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. This is a very effective method in processing 'small' and 'big' traumas defined as "overwhelming experiences we were not prepared to handle". You can read more about EMDR at

In addition to being a psychotherapist, I also have experience as a career counselor and can assist you in preparing for job interviews, choosing a new career, and preparing your resume.
Finances
My full counseling fee is $180 for a 57 minute session or $140 for 45 min session. I offer a sliding scale fee when a client's financial situation changes drastically during our work together. Please check with your insurance concerning details of your behavioral benefits if you are planning to use your benefits. My NPI is 1952503443.

I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. They will ask for my NPI and the billing codes we use - 90837 and 90834. They will inform you what your benefits are including a deductible and what benefits they will pay after you meet your deductible. You can also use FSA and HSA funds to pay for your appointments. I accept cash and check as payment.
